By creating an account or using Sangaii, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users, including passengers, owners, and delivery participants.

2. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and profile creation.
• Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including traffic rules and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Respectful Conduct: Users must treat each other with respect and avoid abusive, discriminatory, or offensive behavior.
• No Unauthorized Use: You must not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Account and Security

• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify Sangaii immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Services Provided

Sangaii is a platform connecting users for car pooling and delivery services. We do not own or operate vehicles and are not responsible for the actions of users. Our role is limited to facilitating connections and providing information.

5. Payment and Fees

• Transaction Responsibility: Users are responsible for handling payments for rides or deliveries through our integrated payment gateway (eSewa or others).
• Service Fees: Sangaii may charge service fees for certain features, which will be communicated clearly.

6. User Verification

Sangaii conducts verification of owner mode users and vehicles, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of verification processes. Users are encouraged to exercise discretion when interacting with others.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Sangaii is not responsible for any disputes, accidents, or damages arising during rides or deliveries.
• We are not liable for the behavior or actions of users, including owners and passengers.
• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Sangaii reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. Upon termination, your access to the app and its features will be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the app, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kathmandu.
